Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not permitted. However, customers may choose to reject the order at the time of delivery.

The cancellation time window varies depending on the product category. Once this specified time window has passed, the order cannot be cancelled.

In certain cases, cancellation after the specified time window may not be free, and a cancellation fee may apply. The applicable cancellation window and charges mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page shall be considered final.

If an order is cancelled by the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for all prepaid orders.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 2–7 working days.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), suspected fraudulent activity, violation of our Terms of Use, or logistical constraints. In such cases, customers will not be charged for the cancelled order. Any payments already made will be refunded within 5–7 business days. Customers may track the refund status through the Order Details section.

Our return, cancellation, and refund policies may be subject to additional reasonable terms and conditions. These will be communicated periodically through platform notifications or other communication methods as outlined in these Terms or as determined by the Company.
